    The issue your describing is called Sound Transfer. This is when sound travels between spaces i.e from one meeting room to another. This is resolved with insulation products or partition tricks. We are happy to give you advice around this. 

    An acoustic issues is when you have problems within a space and need to reduce excess noise like echo. This is resolved using the Acoustic products found on our website. 

    All products are made to order by the manufacturer Autex,  here in New Zealand. Standard lead-time is 2 weeks. Some product lead-times vary. If you have a specific date you need an item by, please get in touch with our team. 

    Payment is required before we can order your materials and confirm a delivery or collection date. You can either pay via credit card directly on our website or select Bank Transfer during checkout. This option will send you a Tax Invoice where you can pay via your accounts team or standard bank transfer. 

    Shipping will be calculated at check-out based on your address before payment. 

    Free Auckland pick up is available.

    Acoustic Appraisal FAQ's

    The Acoustic Appraisal Service starts at $500 (GST Inc) + $200 (GST Inc) per additional room depending on the size and requirements of your project.

    You will receive a document with a calculated current Reverberation Time of your space plus 2 specification options to improve the internal acoustic performance and the resulting reduce Reverberation Time. We will also provide a project management plan utlising our network of local preferred installers if required.

    Acoustic Solutions Store can return the completed Acoustic Appraisal within 48hrs of receiving the required information. The project management plan may take slightly longer while we communicate with our network of preferred installers.
