Acoustic Solutions Store Shipping Policy


Acoustic Solutions Store ("we" and "us") is the operator of

https://www.acousticsolutions.store. By placing an order through

this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations on our service mutually.



1. Shipping Costs

 

FREE LOCAL PICKUP (Auckland)

Free in-store pick up is available Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Check product dimensions & order size to ensure the suitability of pickup vehicle. Contact hello@acousticsolutions.store for more information on your order size.

Courier(small) items have a flat fee of $100 per item anywhere in NZ

Non-palletised oversized items have a flat fee of $200 per order shipping to anywhere in NZ.

Palletised items have a flat fee of $350 per order. Please note that Acoustic Solutions Store reserves the right to pass on additional charges for non-standard orders if required (large orders or difficult delivery locations). Acoustic Solutions Store will contact you directly to discuss these charges before placing your order.

Payment for standard shipping will be collected with the purchase.


2. Returns

 

2.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind Acoustic Solutions Store will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and are returned to us in the original packaging unused and in resellable condition.

 

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and must arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Acoustic Solutions Store) will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.

 

2.2 Warranty Returns

 

Acoustic Solutions Store will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Acoustic

Solutions Store to process your warranty claim within seven days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in-store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)


3. Delivery Terms

 

3.1 Transit Time Domestically

 

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 - 4 days.

 

3.2 Dispatch Time

 

Orders are usually manufactured within three weeks of payment of order & dispatched immediately.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address

 

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at

any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

3.4 P.O. Box Shipping

 

Acoustic Solutions Store does not ship to P.O. box addresses.

 

3.5 Items Out Of Stock

 

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before

dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

 

3.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

 

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please get in touch with us to conduct an investigation.


4. Tracking Notifications

 

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

 

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the

parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the

parcel has been delivered without you being present, please get in touch with customer service with the next steps.


6. Duties & Taxes

 

6.1 Sales Tax

 

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website


7. Cancellations

 

If you change your mind after making your order, we can

accept cancellations for 48 hours after order placement. If 48 hours have already elapsed, please refer to our refund policy.


8. Insurance

 

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the

courier.

 

8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

 

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost.
